How do you adapt a best-selling book into a great screenplay without upsetting some fans along the way? “Don’t fix what isn’t broken,” responds screenwriter Jennie Snyder who adapted Emily Giffin’s novel Something Borrowed into the film starring Kate Hudson, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Colin Egglesfield. Hi Gary, Best would be for you to do it yourself! That way you could have control over the creative process. But if you really want to hire someone, check out local screenwriting groups in your area. There are lots of hungry writers out there who are looking for work. Check out this story also for a little help.
