Following a screening of Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire at the historic Egyptian Theatre, Script readers and Final Draft users had the chance to discuss the film with screenwriter Geoffrey Fletcher. Peter Hanson moderated as Fletcher enumerated the humanistic lessons of the film, and discussed the emotional process of adapting the novel. Special thanks to Lionsgate and American Cinematheque.
