Sep/oct 2007 online issue broken

The online issue september-october 2007 issue will not display in either firefox or IE 8. I get an "an error occurred" message. All the other issues load fine. I've reported this twice and nothing has happened in over a month. Who would fix this? It's an error on the webpage:
